Michael McCarthy leaves no stone un-turned when it comes to getting a deal signed

We hear many interesting stories from Realtors about their sales and experiences out in the field. This story from Michael McCarthy of the Acutts Richards Bay Team, shows that sometimes closing the deal takes a lot of extra mileage:

As the market gets tougher in real estate, people need to find ways to hold deals together and make sure that they don’t fall apart.

On Monday 9th March 2015, Michael McCarthy drove to Mozambique to get the seller to sign the Deal. Fortunately the seller was delighted and ensured Michael got a good meal and drink before heading back to the office to do the admin work. That is 600 km trip with customs and all to make it happen.

People say this real estate market is tough. It is, but when you are willing to work and go the extra mile for a client and to make a transaction happen, it works out in the end. This should be a good reminder to all of us, working hard and never giving up pays off in the end.
