Acutts Estate Agents, South Africa’s most established real estate company, launched a national initiative called the Acutts Cares Program in early 2014. There are many agents currently in the group who already support worthy causes and this program seeks to highlight those activities and acknowledge the agents. The program aims to bring together the various CSR initiatives currently being run by the agents in the Acutts group.
Acutts Real Estate hosted an Acutts Cares Charity Golf Day which was packed with local and national players. All who played opened their hearts and their wallets and came together to support our charities. We would like to make special mention and thanks to one of our main sponsors and the winner of the best tee-box, Seartec.
Acutts Real Estate chosen charity was SA CAN (South African Community Action Network) and on behalf of Acutts Cares c/o Jonathan Acutt donated R5,000.00 (Five Thousand Rand) to the organisation.
For over 12 years, SA CAN has offered a community orientated Crime Prevention Organisation which liaises between the public and Service Providers. SA CAN equips the public with tools which enables them to become part of the Community Policing Solution by acting as walking talking CCTV camera’s reporting to SA CAN any kind of Emergency or concern whether it be medical, fire, safety or a general concern.
At Acutts, our agents are encouraged to have a healthy balance between their careers and personal lives; however they are still completely separate. Acutts Cares seeks to bring those two aspects of our agents’ lives together. Acutts prides itself in being an organisation of excellence.
